For one, I didn’t know what type of license these images had. The last thing I wanted to do was use an image that I don’t have the rights to use. So instead of spending tons of time trying to find free royalty images online, I chose to get my images from 2 sources.
Where I Get My Images for My Blog Posts
If you’re like me, you don’t have a lot of time to browse the Internet for free royalty images to use for your blog posts. Maybe you don’t want to have to worry about whether or not you have the rights to use that image.
You understand that you need awesome looking images for your blog. While you don’t mind having to buy images for blog posts.
Yet, you’re a thrifty spender. The last thing you want to do is spend a fortune. Well don’t worry, that’s how I feel.
I don’t mind spending a little bit on images. However, I don’t want to go broke buying them.
Cheap Images for Blog
I’m always on the lookout for cheap images for my blog. That’s why I wanted to share the two places that I get all the images for my blog posts as well as my guest posts.
Caution
When you’re browsing the Creative Market site for blog post images. Make sure that you pay attention to what type of file you’ll be purchasing.
The other day, I was looking for a new PSD file I could use for my Pinterest files. I saw this amazing image and I purchased it without thinking about it. I just thought that I would be getting a PSD file that would allow me to change things out on the picture.
Well, after I had purchased the product, I realized that all I got was a JPEG file. So I basically had spent some money on something that I really didn’t want.
So take it from me, make sure that you’re getting what you actually want. Because once you purchase it, the file is yours. I don’t think that they have a return policy.
Why I Love Deposit Photos
Personally, this is my favorite place to download images to use for my blog posts. I was able to snag a discount that allowed me to purchase 100 images for just $39.
In my opinion, this was an amazing deal. This means that I get to download 100 images whenever I want. There’s no expiration limit on the download time.
They have some amazing images that will help you spice up your blog posts.
Getting Images for Your Blog
If you want to grow your blog into a profitable business. You need to add images to your blog posts. Just by adding images, and other types of content can help you decrease your bounce rate. I read this on Neil Patel’s blog.
Maybe you’ve spent the past several hours trying to find a place you can download and use images without breaking any rules.
We all know that using Google images for our blog can lead to trouble. Plus, I don’t know about you, I don’t want to be using the same image that every new blogger is using.
I want to keep my blog images somewhat unique. I know that there might be some other bloggers using some of the images that I’m using.
However, it’s very rare that I see several bloggers using the same images.

Should I Pay For Images For My Blog Posts?
Many bloggers will tell you that it’s best to pay for images for your blog posts. Some may even tell you that you should just buy a DSL camera and start taking your own images.
The truth is that it’s totally up to you. The main reason that I don’t use Royalty free images is because a lot of people use them.
This means that the images get circulated a lot more by several bloggers. Honestly, that’s not going to make a huge difference on your blog rankings or bounce rate.
However, I prefer to use images that are NOT used by every blogger. I’m no fool and I know that there are still bloggers who pay for Deposit Photos subscriptions and buy their photos from Creative Market.
I just know that there are more bloggers are looking for free photos to use for their blog posts and social media posts.
