Do I Need A Course To Help Me?

blogging course

As I mentioned, I am NOT a member of any of the courses above. These are just a few of the courses that I found online while trying to find some courses to help you start your blog.

No, you don’t need to sign up for a free course. When I started my very first blog back in the day, I didn’t want to join any courses, free or paid.

That’s probably why I failed so much.

I’m not saying that you can’t have success without joining a course. However, I have realized that the best way to be successful at anything. Is to find someone who has achieved success and follow them.

While I am not saying that you’ll have huge success if you join these courses. However it can be a great way to get to help you find the right course for you.

Blogging Is Hard

One of the things that you’ll realize is that starting a blog is the easy part. The challenge comes when you’re trying to keep it updated.

You’re going to realize that it’s going to take a lot of time and consistent work to grow a blog. If you start to struggle with writer’s block, you’ll find it easy to ignore your blog.

That’s why I think it’s important to find the best online writers course for new bloggers. Joining courses like this will help you stay motivated and easier to stick to your blogging schedule.

Once you’ve been blogging for a while, you won’t have to worry about writing on a daily basis. Eventually, it’ll become a habit just like brushing your teeth.

You won’t be able to go to bed in the evening unless you’ve written your daily blog post.

How to Use These Courses

One of the mistakes most new bloggers make is they try to sign up for everything. I’ve personally found it extremely helpful for one course at a time.

If you sign up for all 5 of the free courses, you’ll end up just getting confused. Sign up for one of the courses and then follow through on the course.

At any point if you don’t feel like the course is helping you become a better writer. Then just unsubscribe from the course. Remember it’s free and you’re not losing anything.

The important thing is to find a course that will help you write better and write often. Once you start writing and it becomes a habit, you’ll be pumping out content with ease.

Words will start flowing from your head to your fingers like magic. You’ll never have to worry about struggling with writer’s block again.

Most new bloggers just need a little bit of help in the beginning. These courses can help you develop the skills you need to make daily writing a habit.

Final Take Away

If you’re serious about growing your blog, you’re going to have to learn how to write content. You may have heard several people say that you should write 1,000 words per day.

If you haven’t started blogging yet, here is my tutorial on how to start a WordPress blog on SiteGround. As a “thank you” for purchasing through my link, I’ll send you a copy of my book – The Jumpstart WordPress Guide for Beginners – for free.

I’ve now gotten to the point where I write 2,000 words per day. When I first started blogging, it would take me several hours to write 2,000 words per day. Heck some days, I couldn’t even write 1,000 words.

All it takes is practice to become a better writer. You’re going to have to start somewhere. These free online writing courses will help you get started.

    Hey Susan!

These are great courses for the new blogger. These days you can find a lot of education on almost any topic.

You are right, building a successful blog that makes consistent money takes a lot of time and great effort. It is not an easy thing to build, but it is something that can be built by anyone with the desire to do so. Only the ones who persevere and are stubborn to quit, are the ones who make it at the end. I think this is because we see other average people earning a ful time income from their blogs and we know we can do it too, no matter how many years go by and how much we fail.

Successful blogging is a journey and a legit business model. You have to treat it as such. And understand that it will take time and a lot of work. But, if you invest in the right education and are very consistent with the work needed, you can make it.

It took me years to build a successful business with a blog. It was not easy, but it was damn worth it! ๐Ÿ˜€

And if a new blogger is having “writers block”, usually that is a sign that you have not invested in new information, because the more you know the more you can talk about. As simple as that.

This is why you must be constantly learning in your niche. There is so much information on the internet that there should be no excuse for anyone to not be able to educate themselves on a topic and then blog about it.

These are great blogging courses and they are free!

Thank you for sharing this Susan!

    Best regards! ๐Ÿ˜€

    Hi Freddy,

I guess you can say that I am one of the stubborn ones. I refuse to quit even though a lot of my friends think that I am crazy and should pursue something else.

It does take a lot of hard work to get it off the ground. But once you start to gain some momentum, it’s nice to see all your hard work paying off.

Glad to hear that you’ve been having a lot of success. And you’re right, the Internet is full of information, it’s just up to us to put that information to use and take action.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and comment.

    Have a great day ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey Susan,

That’s an awesome collection. Do I always need a course? May be not! But good quality blogging courses help save a lot of time and wasted effort.

I too have a free e-course – Blogging Success Foundation Course – which is aimed to help beginner bloggers kick start with the right mindset.

After all these years I know how bad it is to waste time and money in the name of learning stuff and actually making mistakes instead of growing a business.

    Cheers,
    Jane.

    Hi Jane,

With so much information online today, it’s not always necessary to get a course. However, if you’re like me and you’re short on time, you’d rather invest in a good course that helps you cut your learning curve on time.

At this point in my life I am all about saving time. I’ve already wasted so much time in the past and made a ton of blogging mistakes. The great thing is that I have learned a lot in the process ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for the heads up on your blogging course. Developing the right mindset as a new blogger is huge.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and comment.

    Have a great day ๐Ÿ™‚

    Susan
