A 2nd tier program is different than a referral program. With a 2nd tier program, you’ll only earn commissions when your referral makes sales.
This can be a great way to earn commissions. But the truth is that most new affiliates won’t make sales right away.
In fact, most people will quit before they make a sale because they don’t understand how to do affiliate marketing.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t promote 2nd tier affiliate programs. Just don’t expect to make big bucks if you’re relying on affiliates under you to earn you commissions.
